A: Kyoto Backpackers' House is a quiet little Tourist Hostel in Kyoto situated a short distance from the main Tourist Mecca of Higashiyama.

Q: How can I reserve a room?
A: You can book a room from the reservation page.
Q: When do I make payment?
A: You need to pay your fee when you check-in.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time is between 4PM - 10PM and check-out is 8AM - 11AM, if you leave at before 8AM, please return your room key to the reception on previous night.
Q: Do you accept group reservations?
A: You can contact about a group booking on our contact page.
Q: Do you need Identification?
A: Yes, please provide us with a current photo ID, a passport or Drivers License when you check in.
Q: Do you accept children?
A: We do allow children over the age of 7 to stay if they are accompanied by an adult guardian.
Q: Do you have a curfew?
A: For security we will close the front door at 12PM and switch off the lights in the common areas, so you need to be back before this time, and please be quiet after this time to respect others.
Q: May I smoke in the building?
A: You may only Smokeing place.
Q: What Internet connection is available?
A: There is Free Wi-Fi access and a common computer available for you to use, when using the common computer those charge are 100 Yen per Hour.
Q: Do you provide Towels?
A: There are rental bath towels available 100 yen.
Q: May I eat and drink in the building?
A: Yes sure but please do so at the dinning room.
Q: Do I have to bring my own linen or a sleeping bag?
A: No. We provide bedding, blankets and a pillow also we have bath towels available upon request.
